 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>For purposes of delineating wetlands and waters of the United States (US), a Study Area was established according to the expected Project construction limits. On behalf of NPPD, HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) conducted a wetland and waters of the U.S. delineation within the Kearney Study Area on August 1 and 2, 2023, in accordance with the Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Great Plains Region (Environmental Laboratory, August 2010). Based on field observations, a \"Wetland Determination Data Form \u2013 Great Plains Region\" was completed for each sample point, including uplands. Sample points, photo points, wetlands, and channels were mapped in the field using global positioning system (GPS) technology.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
